ValentineWOODPassed away peacefully at Westhaven Care Home on 4th November 2025, aged 86 years.

The proud founder of Valentine Wood & Sons French Polishers.

A loving husband to Dorothy, devoted father to Mark, Angela, David and Jacqueline, and a dear father-in-law to Sarah. Fondly remembered and loved by all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Valentine will be missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium, 12:30 on Monday 17th November 2025.

Family flowers only, but donations, if so desired, towards Alzheimer's Society can be left in the offertory plate or sent c/o

I have many fond memories of Val, I have known him and Dot since I was a child , they were friends with my parents Jack and Mary. When they married they bought a house around the corner from my family. They started the family (Mark, Angela and David) in this house before moving to Radcliffe, then Old Colwyn and finally Colwyn Bay. R.I.P Val xx

I have many fond memories of Val, he was friends with my parents Jack and Mary and I have know him since I was a little girl. When he and Dot got married they lived around the corner from my family and three of the children arrived during their time in this house (Mark, Angela and David) before the family moving on to Radcliffe, then Old Colwyn and finally Colwyn Bay.
